In '71, Danny Moore (RAM Racing) bought this '70 Boss 302 and outfitted it for Trans-Am racing. He entered two events for 1972. At Mid Ohio he started 22nd and finished 8th, followed by Watkins Glen where he started 20th and finished 13th.
In addition, he raced the 12 Hours of Sebring and 24 Hours of Daytona. A historical Sebring Book shows the Boss 302 in action.
The car was restored at Mike Eisenberg's shop MAECO in Northridge, CA , to its original Trans-Am configuration.
